Inception

SBLT was founded by Sri G. Dayalan in 1989 aiming to provide convenient, comfortable, and has served corporate, individual, and group clients with a variety of leisure and specialized travel services.

Our Growth

SBLT has a fleet of over 250 world-class vehicles and employs more than 1500 staff members. The dedication of Sri G. Dayalan and his sons has established SBLT as a respected name in India's travel industry.

Mr. G. Dayalan - Founder

“Be the best” could only be a buzzword for a man who strives for perfection in every field. It was this motivation to be the best that led Mr. G. Dayalan, a man passionate about travel and tourism, to lay the foundation of Sri Bhagyalakshmi Travels in the November of 1989.

During the 80’s, Mr. Dayalan travelled extensively across the length and breadth of the country. Upon his return to Chennai, he opened a travel agency with a vehicle to cater to domestic tour requirements in 1989. Thus his dream enterprise, Sri Bhagyalakshmi Travels was born! Ever since its inception, Sri Bhagyalakshmi Travels (SBLT) has been a reputed name in the travel and hospitality business and till date follows Mr. Dayalan’s guidelines to ‘be the best’ in its niche.

Mr. D. Lingam - Managing Director

Following his fathers footsteps, Mr. D. Lingam joined the Sri Bhagyalakshmi Travels enterprise in early 2000’s. His contribution lies in continuing his father’s legacy of establishing excellence and perfection in the multiple services offered by SBLT.

Mr. Lingam has been playing a significant role in expanding the services of the company and innovating new offerings to cater to the varying travel and hospitality requirements of customer segments. In fact, his hard work and diligence has helped SBLT to make a foray in the corporate transportation sector too and has added another feather in the company’s cap.

In 1989, we began our voyage with a few customers of having only 2 buses. Around 36 years of experiences extend different types of transportation amenity with best customer satisfaction. Our Company registered office is situated in Anna Nagar, Chennai and Corporate office is situated in Anna Nagar, Chennai.
